We have 5 Mat classes during the week. You could use your block of classes for any of them and they won't need to be taken consecutive.

Mondays 12:15 - 13:15 Open Level

Tuesdays 18:15 - 19:15 Open Level

Wednesdays 18:15 - 19:15and 19:30 - 20:30 Open Level

Fridays 9:30 - 10:30 Mixed abilities

You may notice your body feels as if it’s only warming up in the Beginner Mat Class, but don’t worry it’s still working hard! Especially as it is engaging with the deep postural muscles responsible for good posture and a healthy back. Founder Joseph Pilates encourages us to take at least 6 classes in order for the body to start feeling the fundamental difference. Over time, as your body works against gravity, you may find Mat classes harder than Equipment classes, given there is no support other than your body’s own structural support when finding your alignment and balance.

Classes take place in our newly refurbished airy and spectacular space; a reinvention of a 1930s warehouse. Come and see for yourself!

Pilates Fit Barre

If you are in love with Pilates and fancy a fun and strong workout, Pilates Fit barre is the class for you.  Join this class on Saturday mornings to get ready for the weekend! The music will lead you while you work hard on your legs, abs and arms for a total body workout!
