Introductory class

(Note: this class is a prerequisite for Equipment semi Private classes)

Become familiar with spring settings, equipment handling and gain a basic understanding of technique before sharing a group class (Semi-Private Class) with others. This class is also an opportunity for you to be assessed individually and for a bespoke program to be designed, tailored and followed up.

We recommend those that are new to Pilates attend at least three one-to-one classes before joining the Semi-Privates. For more information, please refer to our Starter Pack.

Semi-Private

Following the Introductory class or a few private classes, you can progress to our smi-privates’ Equipment classes, these are taught in small groups within which you may explore many different pieces of Pilates apparatus. You continue to receive individualised attention, as you would in a private class, but at a lower price due as the class is shared with at most two other people. The Pilates instructor continues to provide a personalised approach and apply individual corrections to improve your results.

These are bespoke classes that provide both fitness improvements and postural benefits. They also incorporate specialised purposes such as attention to injuries, a history of specific conditions, focus on Pre- and Postnatal results and any personal muscular-skeletal issues.
