Antenatal
Prenatal Yoga is an opportunity for the Mother to-be to prepare the body, find your breath to birth, relax and take a step in this new transition in life with a gentle class safe for you and Baby.
A great opportunity to meet other local Mothers and Mothers to-be, supporting each other in the first few weeks, months and beyond.
Postnatal
Our energising postnatal yoga classes allow mums who have recently given birth to rebuild strength in their abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while also focusing on upper-body stretches for tightness that you may be experiencing in your shoulders from nursing, feeding and carrying your newborn.
Car sits and bassinets are welcome in the room. Shoes and prams are not allowed. But there is plenty of space outside for them.
Please note Antenatal classes should be booked after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Postnatal classes after 6 weeks from natural delivery or 12 weeks after a C-Section.
Sophie and Corinne lead a flowing Pregnancy Yoga class that maintains your strength, connects you to your breath and prepares you for welcoming Babe and the life change to come. These classes also help to connect you with other Mothers in your community - vital for the precious weeks, months and years ahead.
Corinne and Sophie each bring a breadth of experience and knowledge from their own pregnancy journeys, rotating the class each week to bring you a varied practice for you and your growing Babe.
