Current Covid-19 Protocols
We are very glad of continuing providing our Pilates clients the caring and tailored workout that characterises Studio One’s teaching . For the safety of everybody attending the studio, we are keeping in place the updated Covid-19 measurements described below.
The Studio is offering Private and Semi Private Equipment sessions using our two spacious rooms, allowing plenty of social distancing.
We are using a 7 stage anti viral air purifier/ filter.
Studio’s door, reception doors and windows remain open for ventilation.
Sessions are still scattered to minimise contact with others and to allow time to clean and disinfect equipment, door handles, etc.
Masks are now voluntary, but we recommend to keep wearing them when possible.
On arrival we kindly ask everyone to wash hands and/or use the sanitizers provided.
All classes attendants are asked to bring clean socks for exclusively use in the studio.
Exclusively cashless and online booking system.
Mat group classes are back with a reduced number of attendants and the required social distancing.
- We kindly ask all Studio One clients to arrive right on time and in the right clothes for the session (as ideally nobody should be waiting around), and to bring their own water bottle.
- Once inside please keep a safe distance from others.
- Last, by no means least, please do not attend your classes if you show any signs of Covid-19. And please have a Lateral Flow test prior attending the studio.
We are continuously getting the best advice to keep everyone in the studio safe. We will keep sending you updates upon progress.
