Studio One Pilates & Movement operates in our spectacular space, a reinvention of a 1930s warehouse, from which we offer tailored Mat Pilates, Equipment Pilates, and Pre & Post Natal Pilates. The space was created to offer the Forest Hill and Honor Oak area, classes to suit all members of the family from parents to be onwards. The space is also rented to a variety of movement practitioners who ran their own classes.

Our spacious studio is Covid-19 secure; we also have a 7 stage Anti viral air purifier/ filter.
