Last added Classes

Birth prep: These classes are focused on what you need in preparation for labour and for the immediate postpartum, regardless of the type of birth you have planned, vaginal or C-section. You can join these classes starting from the 36th week of pregnancy, and through movement you will help your body to get ready for labour/surgery, also learning tips to manage contractions, birth and postpartum. Our teacher, Gloria, has been a pre and post natal movement specialist for many years, she is also a certified doula and antenatal educator in her final training, and she will be able to answer questions and to support you.

Postnatal equipment: These brand new classes are giving the chance to new mothers to start their journey into postpartum fitness and movement using also the Pilates equipment. Classes are "babies welcome" and with a maximum capacity of 4 mothers: the environment will be relaxed, you will be able to have a break to feed or comfort your baby at any point, and we will make sure that every exercise is tailored to every specific need you might have. If it is your first time, we advise you to send an email to the teacher or to the studio beforehand to communicate how many weeks postpartum you are, any issues you might have, and any other information that might be useful for the teacher.
